You can now get Rebels of the Red Planet on Podiobooks.com. Thanks to Chris, Nathan and Evo for their help and advice on the specific details for Podiobooks. I especially recommend that you listen to all Nathan's books, starting with Quarter Share.

The first five chapters are available now. More should be up this weekend.

Here is the planned release schedule for the rest of this month:

• 26th: Rebels of the Red Planet - Chapter 18 - Final Chapter (Done)

The dates for Podiobooks are when I'm planning to upload the chapter's to their servers, it can take a few days before they become available publicly after that.

I'm away on holiday in Spain for a week from the 27th, so I'm pushing to get that all out and finished before I leave.

INFECTED will be published April 1, 2008, in hardcover by Crown Publishing. The book has already been optioned for a movie by Rogue Pictures.

INFECTED SYNOPSES:
Perry Daswey is 6-foot-5, 265 pounds of angry ex-linebacker. He knows all too well that if he doesn't control his quick temper, people get hurt. Through constant focus, he has locked his violent past away in the deep dungeons of his mind.

Strange microscopic parasites tap into Perry's bloodstream like tiny little vampires. They start as bright orange blisters, but soon take the shape of triangular growths just beneath his skin. The "Triangles," as Perry calls them, try to control their host by manipulating hormone levels and flooding his body with neurotransmitters -- imbalances of which cause paranoia, schizophrenia and excessive aggression. Forgot to mention it when it came out, but I was interviewed on New Year's Day by Chris Moody over at PodioMedia Chat. Have a listen and comment their or in the forums.

I now need to write some Previously On snippets to add to the existing show notes for Estalvin's Legacy, then get on with editing Episode 6. Episode 5 will be out Real Soon(tm). Just waiting on a last few pieces to arrive.

Audio Drama Talk
There is a new Forum for anyone interested in Audio Drama. Whether as listeners or as creators. Discuss your favorite shows, I hope ours are among those, and anything else related to Audio Drama.
Go on over to Audio Drama Talk and sign up. Tell them I sent you. (i.e. Put 'paul campbell' in the referrer field during registration).
You'll also a find a link to these forums from the front page of Cossmass Productions. Go there and talk about us. With Episode Four of Estalvin's Legacy, there should be enough clues to start you speculating about what is really happening. Tell me what you think.
We don't have a section of our own (yet!) so post your suspicions in Audio Drama Open House / General.
These forums are an outgrowth from The Sonic Society, a showcase promoting modern Audio Drama from around the world. The Sonic Society are big supporters of Cossmass Productions. They have to be, I kidnapped Jack and Shannon and forced them to record lines for Estalvin's Legacy. Listen to them both in Episode Four.

We're at the end of what has been a busy year. Cossmass Productions began publishing it's first series, Estalvin's Legacy, in June.

What had originally been conceived as a 12 part series became something a bit more. While the story has remained the same, the realisation that episodes 2 and 3, as plotted, would have been around 90 minutes each caused a minor change in plans. The exact number of episodes isn't definite yet. I'm now aiming at 30 minute episodes.

Of course, I can't mention Estalvin's Legacy without giving a huge thanks to all those involved in helping me bring this story into the world. And that would be the talented cast who have given their time freely and willingly. I do try not to abuse there generosity.

Thanks also to The Sonic Society, SFF Audio and Variant Frequencies. I really do appreciate what you've done for us.

The second series, Rebels of the Red Planet, is my first attempt at narration. I hope I'm getting better with each new chapter. Chapter 6 should be out the first week of January after a break over the holidays.
